Our modern NYC campus features a fully equipped workshop with diagnostic tools, software simulators, and a diverse fleet of e-scooters and e-bikes for practical training. Classes are limited in size for individualized attention, with 70% of the program focused on hands-on sessions. The curriculum encompasses all repair details: lithium-ion battery management systems (BMS) diagnostics, UL-certified handling, motor repairs (hub vs. mid-drive), torque sensor calibration, hydraulic brake servicing, suspension adjustments, regenerative braking, wiring harnesses, software and firmware updates, error code troubleshooting, and specialized fleet maintenance for high-mileage delivery vehicles. What truly distinguishes Wilon’s is our 100% job placement guarantee. Every completer receives tailored support, including resume assistance, interview coaching, and connections to industry networks. Placements are secured at one of our seven partner locations nationwide.
